Pricing

Complete conversions start around $70K if you supply your own vehicle. Most complete builds, Sprinter or box truck, land between $130K and $260K including the vehicle. Specialty builds like mammography, MAT, and advanced command units are priced by scope and can run higher. Your program drives the cost, not the platform. For platform level starting prices, try our online van builder, or see current ranges on our pricing guide.

Yes, that's our standard process. You get detailed pricing you can drop into grant proposals, board packages, and procurement paperwork, before any commitment. When the funding lands, we're already holding your spec.

A $10,000 deposit secures your build slot and goes toward the total. 50% is due before the build starts, and the balance is due at completion, before delivery.

Vehicles

We build on the Mercedes Sprinter and box trucks. We don't build on the Ford Transit, Ram ProMaster, or other platforms. If you already own a Sprinter or box truck, we can convert it.

We only take on complete conversions. We don't do standalone installs like windows, AC units, or electrical systems. Every build starts with the full design process.

No. Every build, Sprinter or box truck, stays under the CDL threshold, so any staff member with a regular license can drive it.

We help you source the right chassis, or we can convert a vehicle you already own.

Process & delivery

It depends on the scope and our current build schedule. Your quote comes with a real timeline based on both.

Yes. We deliver nationwide, and we train your staff on every system at delivery.

The Mercedes Sprinter warranty (3 years / 36,000 miles) is supported through the dealer network. The electrical system is warrantied for 5 years, the interior for 1 year, and appliances for about 3 years, through us.

Yes. We host showroom visits for serious buyers, and you can see builds in progress.

Compliance & accessibility

Yes we offer ADA wheel chair accessible ramps.

We design the vehicle to support them: private layouts and sound control for confidential workflows, secure storage built to your specifications, wraps designed for your marketing review. Your compliance team and counsel own the requirements, and we build to them. We've delivered vehicles for regulated programs and we know what those conversations look like.
